Overview of Services

The planning of a construction project takes the integrated efforts of many individuals coming together, each bringing varying experiences, knowledge and expectations. The responsibility of Project One Integrated Services (Project One) is to capture the vision of these individuals and bring them together as a single integrated team working to assure success.

The key to the success of Project One is our commitment to take the steps to clearly understand the needs and expectations of each group involved in the process. Then we communicate these expectations to all those who influence the process. As project leaders, our role is to identify the most logical path to achieving success and make certain that all team members know their responsibilities to the project team. We will identify time requirements necessary to complete responsibilities and identify the outside factors that may influence these critical tasks. Success is maximized if all involved have a clear understanding of how their actions impact the process.
