With experience in public/municipal projects, we understand the importance of effective integrated communication and process.  Our staff brings quality tools and expertise to manage these projects. 

As public jurisdictions are looking for ways to improve the delivery of capital projects, many are looking to alternative delivery methods.  With hopes of improving on the challenges associated with conventional design-bid-build projects, more entities are considering CM at risk, integrated project deliveries, design-build and other alternative approaches.  For the past 10 years, Project One has been instrumental in helping public and quasi-public sector entities in setting-up contracts, public advertisements, RFQ's/RFP's, selections, contract negotiations and implementation of numerous alternative delivery method projects.

Project One's approach to team member selection and contract negotiations on public/municipal projects continues to save Owner's time and money.  A recent example of this is shortening contract negotiations between Owner and Designer from 9 months (a previous contract negotiation period with the same designer) to fewer than 2 weeks.
