Project One has completed 30 multi -family and residential projects representing more than 3000 units. Our experience ranges from high rise units to single story townhomes and some of the highest finishes in Cherry Creek to affordable housing projects.

Project One has the capabilities to manage each intricate and detailed piece of a project. We are intimately familiar with incorporating the necessary aspects to complete these types of projects on time, within budget and often exceeding expectations. We have the ability to manage projects that require interface with buyers and individual owners while a project proceeds through punch-list and close-out.
