Project Manager

With more than 12 years of experience in managing healthcare planning and construction, Mr. Bustos provides high quality oversight and owner representation services for healthcare projects throughout Colorado.

Prior to joining Project One, Scott was a Project Manager for GH Phipps Construction and assisted clients including Denver Health, Craig Hospital, The Children's Hospital and the University of Colorado Hospital. In his previous position, Scott supervised engineers, superintendents and preconstruction/construction team members. He was responsible and accountable for completion of each project on time and within budget.

Scott's experience extends from his primary focus of healthcare to state construction efforts, religious and higher education projects.
