Marketing/Contract Manager

Kristen Campbell has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry. Kristen previously served as Marketing Manager of Aardex LLC, a commercial design-build firm known for its sustainable development projects. She is also a licensed managing real estate broker.

During Kristen's tenure with Aardex, the company created one of the nation’s few Double LEED Platinum buildings. As a valued member of the marketing team, Aardex’s creative arm garnered the building The National ‘Green Development of the Year’ award by NAIOP in 2008.

Kristen has experience in medical, office, tenant improvement, hotel, museum and GSA projects.
