Senior Project Manager

David Diener has more than 25 years experience in managing complex construction. He is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a track record of highly successful projects.  David possesses well-rounded credentials, with a construction background in the field serving as a Construction Consultant, Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Engineer during his career.  

Previously a Senior Project Manager with Kaiser Permanente, Mr. Diener has been responsible for numerous projects throughout Colorado and has successfully managed as many as 15 to 20 projects varying in size and stage of completion simultaneously.  He has extensive expertise in guaranteed maximum price, design/build, hard-bid, and negotiated contracts.
