His expertise includes managing large and/or multiple projects, managing client relationships, pre-construction services, design-build projects, design coordination, project plan development, scope development, schedule and budget forecasting, cost management, safety, quality control and project close-out.

Dave has held positions ranging from Superintendent, Project Engineer, MEP Engineer and Project Manager. His project experience includes laboratory, healthcare, education, office, retail, infrastructure, civil, industrial, education, telecommunications, homeland security, aviation, correctional and sports facilities.
