Our Team
Project One employs an integrated and diverse staff of professionals committed to service and excellence. With expertise ranging from pro-forma creation, contracts and negotiations, to on-site management and construction, Project One’s in-house team has the extensive project management and owner’s representation capabilities to meet every project’s needs. Although we do not design or build, our in-house staff includes Mechanical and Civil Engineers, Architects and Construction Managers, as well as LEED certified professionals.
